Any residual risks are reviewed and assessed by the Top Management to ensure they remain within acceptable levels.
2. Ongoing Risk Assessment and Monitoring
TNV Certification Pvt. Ltd. continuously evaluates potential threats to impartiality through:
• Regular internal assessments and risk analysis.
• Monitoring activities of external bodies and individuals associated with TNV Certification Pvt. Ltd.
• Ongoing evaluation of relationships, contracts, and operational changes.

6. Responsibilities of Personnel and Auditors
All TNV Certification Pvt. Ltd. personnel, including auditors, decision-makers, and committee members, are required to disclose any situations where they feel their impartiality could be compromised. Training and periodic refreshers on impartiality obligations are mandatory for all employees involved in the certification process.
Personnel involved in certification activities are prohibited from:
• Providing management system consultancy services to clients
• Participating in internal audits for clients
• Having direct commercial relationships with certified organizations outside certification services
